Cancelling
Through your Apple account settings, like any other App Store subscription. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged.
Deleting your data
From inside the app, any time. It removes your account and everything in it.
How accurate it is
The values that come from a photo are an estimate, not a measurement — and every one of them is editable before you save.
